Campion Health & Wellness Center is a licensed, comprehensive, proprietary health facility, operated by the USA East Province of the Society of Jesus (the Jesuits) that provides Jesuits with a range of services within a continuum of care. This continuum of care guides and directs Jesuits over-time through a comprehensive array of health services spanning all levels and intensity of care.
At Campion, we offer Jesuits priests and brothers five levels of holistic, integrated care in a dynamic apostolic community setting: independent living; sub-acute independent living assistance; rehabilitation; assisted living; and skilled nursing care which includes specialized memory care, palliative care, and hospice care.
Within our skilled nursing care program, we offer Jesuit residents professional care provided by registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, therapeutic and recreational activities, social services, transportation services, pastoral care, medication supervision and administration, supplies, equipment and other services necessary to maintain the health and wellbeing of each Jesuit.
Campion’s team of caregivers carefully monitors each Jesuit resident’s transitioning healthcare needs and communicates them to all service providers to ensure that the Jesuits receive the highest standard of care and quality of living. Our interdisciplinary team’s approach guarantees that transitions of care levels from basic early interventions to skilled nursing care and all intermediate interventions form a seamless continuum of care.
