Elaine comes to Campion with many years of clinical experience. She has provided medical nutrition therapy for pediatrics, adolescents and adults. Her experience includes providing medical nutrition therapy to patients with diabetes, heart disease, food allergies, gastrointestinal disorders, celiac, renal, weight management, and enteral nutrition.
Elaine is a graduate of Boston University where she received her Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Human Metabolism. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Service Management from the University of Western Ontario.
